One document. Too many copies?

When files are shared across chats and folders, people can end up using different versions. A document control system brings file storage, version history and access management together. Your team still needs clear naming rules and document owners.

BUILT FOR YOUR TEAM

Store, update and share with the right access

01

File uploads and downloads

Store files with document details and provide download links for authorized users. Upload documents, spreadsheets, images and other file types within the system’s size limits.

02

File updates with version history

Add an updated file as a new version, record the reason for the change and review or download earlier versions when your account has access.

03

Companies, departments and accounts

Company administrators create departments and employee accounts, choosing department-only or company-wide document access to match each person’s responsibilities.

04

Search and extract file text

Search names, document numbers, dates, departments and types. Extract Thai and English text from PDFs or images in your browser, review up to the first 30 pages and save the index for searching.

05

Version-based approval and acknowledgment

Configure 1–5 ordered approvers by department or document type. Request read acknowledgments and retain comments linked to their file version.

06

Track dates and usage

View in-app reminders seven days before review or expiry dates, preview PDFs and images, record access times, connection IPs and menus, and restore files from Trash as a company administrator.

Start with your company in three steps

    Register your company

Create your company and its administrator account to manage users and organize documents.

  2. 2

    Add departments and people

Set up departments, create employee accounts and check their permissions before adding company files.

  3. 3

    Upload files and track updates

Upload documents, complete their details and add a new version when a file changes.

Before you get started

How is Document Control different from a file folder?

Alongside file storage, the system connects documents with companies, departments, users and version history. This helps teams define access and refer back to earlier files.

Can companies see each other’s documents?

Company accounts have separate workspaces. Opening documents and downloading files requires user authorization. Company administrators should also review employee departments and document scope.

Can anyone use a download link?

Download links do not make files public. The recipient must sign in and have access to that document. Having the link alone does not grant permission.

Does updating a file remove the old version?

Adding a new version retains earlier files in version history. Authorized users can view that history and download an earlier version.

Which languages are supported?

The interface is available in Thai and English through the language switcher. Names and document details entered by users remain in their original language.
